Health and Wellness Confex provides quotations of insurance products that are currently available in the market and publishes the same through this Website. Health and Wellness Confex’s goal is to provide the user with current and updated information on insurance services currently available in the market, covering a wide array of choices. Confirmation of insurance may be sent physically on paper and/or solely electronically.

Health and Wellness Confex’s representation of affiliation with any insurance provider or any feature of the latter’s products on this Website, if any, ought not be construed as a recommendation by Health and Wellness Confex to purchase the said provider’s products or services.

Health and Wellness Confex may not be able to provide matches for every Registered User seeking to use its services.

You agree to not upload any software that contains viruses or malicious code which may impair or corrupt the site’s data or another user’s devices.
Health and Wellness Confex reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms.
Health and Wellness Confex reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, upgrade, suspend or discontinue the site or any of our services and shall not be liable if the occurrence of the same prevents you from accessing the site or any part of the services.

Termination

Termination of your account may be done either by you or by Health and Wellness Confex at any time, with or without any reason, effective upon written notice to the other party.
Health and Wellness Confex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site or the services, without notice, with or without any reason. Where your access to the site or the services was suspended or terminated due to breach of these terms, you agree that all fees that have been paid to Health and Wellness Confex will be nonrefundable and all outstanding balances will immediately become due.
Health and Wellness Confex reserves the right to remove your data from our database at any time at our sole discretion.

Miscellaneous

Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms, the site, and the services shall be governed under the laws of the Philippines and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the trial courts within the Philippines.
Non-waiver; remedies cumulative. You acknowledge and agree that any violation of these Terms may cause Health and Wellness Confex irreparable harm, and therefore agree that we will be entitled to seek extraordinary relief in court, including but not limited to temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions and permanent injunctions without the necessity of posting a bond or other security, in addition to and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that we may have for a breach of these Terms.
